1. Production & Processing Times
* Custom Made: Every order is printed only after it is purchased.
* Timeline: Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days before an item ships.
* Peak Seasons: Processing may take slightly longer during holidays or high-volume launch periods.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the number of items in your cart.
*Per-Item Shipping: Our printing partner charges a base shipping rate for the first item, plus a smaller additional shipping charge for each extra item added to the same order.
*Economy US Shipping: 4 to 8 business days after production. From USD $3.99 and up.
* Standard US Shipping: 2 to 5 business days after production. From USD $4.75 and up
* International Shipping: 10 to 30 business days after production (depending on customs).
* Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your order ships.
(With Economy or Standard Shipping, domestic orders may occasionally be delivered to a nearby post office or parcel locker rather than directly to the recipient’s address.)
3. Split Shipments
If you order multiple different items (e.g., a mug and a t-shirt), they may be fulfilled by different printing facilities. Do not worry if one item arrives before the other; they are simply traveling from different locations!
4. Address Changes & Lost Packages
* Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change the delivery address once Printify begins production.
* Lost Items: If your tracking link shows your package was delivered, but you cannot find it, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to us.
