Thank you for shopping at the official Socksverse store! Because every single item in our shop is custom-printed to order just for you, we operate under a strict return and exchange policy.
Please read the details below before completing your purchase.
1. Cancellations and Modifications
• Immediate Production: Once you place an order, it is automatically sent to our printing partner (Printify) to begin production.
• No Changes: Because of this automated process, we cannot cancel, change, or edit your order once it has been submitted. Please double-check your cart details and shipping address carefully at checkout.
2. Returns and Exchanges
• Final Sale: We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.
• Size Charts: Please make sure to reference the size charts provided on each product page before ordering to ensure a perfect fit.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We want you to love your merchandise! If there is an issue with your order upon arrival, we will gladly issue a free replacement or a full refund under the following conditions:
• Manufacturing Defects: The item arrives damaged, stained, or torn.
• Printing Errors: The graphic is significantly misplaced, blurred, or has the wrong colors.
• Incorrect Item: You received the wrong size, color, or product design than what you ordered.
4. How to Report an Issue
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery:
1. Email us using the form on the "Contact" page with your order number.
2. Attach a clear, well-lit photo showing the issue or damage.
3. Attach a photo of the barcode label on the packaging if possible.
Once our printing partner verifies the defect, we will ship a replacement to you free of charge!
